1. Standard conference equipment: beamer, flip chart / pin board, notebook, pen, PC (word-excel-powerpoint, bring your usb) and mints. A PC (brand: Dell) will be available (word, excel, pp), and is connected to the beamer. You may bring your own portable devices, we have multiple connectors available. Connections check prior to event possible. Audio: wireless microphones, to and fro conference room and medical rooms.
2. During the whole training is available (refreshments): coffee, tea, cold beverages, filtered water, chocolates, mints, biscuits.
3. Supervisor: a supervisor from TCSE will be attending at all times. This person is responsible for hosting, catering, housekeeping, and will assist in basic technical matters related to the location. The supervisor is not responsible for, or cannot be required to perform any medical action. Capacity limited to 40 guests and 1 treatment room in audiovisual mode. Above that capacity additional assistants are required (provided by TCSE or provided by your company).
