ORGANISE YOUR EVENT AT TCSE

THE LOCATION

TCSE is located in the Expo quarter of Antwerp, the posh area of the exposition center where culture, music, shopping and good food is readily available. Near al the major roads (E19, A12, E17, E34, E313), and 200 parkingspots are free on site. On the first floor of the iconic BP tower you’ll find the perfect setting for your conference or training in the modern and medically oriented training center of the Carpe Clinic. At the arrival of your guests, clear displays and exhibit areas indicate your venue. Hot and cold drinks are available in the lounge area where you can welcome your guests. The conference room has natural daylight with large glass windows, air conditioning, projector and flipchart, and enough power supply for all your pc’s. It can hold up to 35 people, and you choose the desired table and chair arrangement. The conference room is connected to the large operation facility and the adjacent treatment rooms with audio (hands free microphone and speakers) and visual (stream your video images directly to the projector) devices. A large operation room and several convenient cabinets are equipped with air conditioning, 4 engine comfortable electric medical tables, full medical equipment, PC and fast Internet access, printing and faxing facilities. One or multiple rooms can be rented. Together with the management you can express your preferences of the tables and chairs arrangements, the catering and additional services. OUR SERVICES

Comfort and relaxation can be found in the lounge area. In between your meetings or trainings enjoy a fantastic cup of premium coffee or delicious organic tea by Café Couture. The whole area is connected with a very fast Wi-Fi and cable connection with a private login. The auditorium has a multiple connection system capable of in and output modes (HDMI, USB). For a delightful lunch or break we serve a diverse range of healthy cuisine in a stylish and friendly atmosphere. Several standard choices are available on our price list. Gluten free, lactose free or any other requirements are possible on demand.

CONFERENCE & TRAINING POSSIBILITIES

*Medical Room (L) Equipped for minimal invasive treatments – 24 m2
**Medical Room (M) Equipped for minimal invasive treatments – 16m2
*** Technical Assistant: is trained to deliver all technical assistance needed for your workshop (non medical technical devices & organisation)
**** Medical Assistant: is capable of delivering hands on assistance to your trainees during the workshop

Prices include:

1. Standard conference equipment: beamer, flip chart / pin board, wireless microphones, notebook, pen, PC (word-excel-powerpoint, bring your usb) and mints. A PC  (brand: Dell) will be available (word, excel, pp), and is connected to the beamer.  You may bring your own portable devices, we have multiple connectors avaliable. Pls check connections prior to event, to be assured of connectivity without problems.
2. During the whole training is available: coffee, tea, cold beverages, filtered water, chocolates, biscuits, and cake.
3. Medical rooms are equipped with: clean bed covers, paper bed towels, waste baskets, Kleenex. Always bring your own Gloves, mouth masks, medical coats and sterile fields. TCSE can provide you with your additional medical disposables on request (as described below).
4. Supervisor: a supervisor from TCSE will be attending at all times. This person is responsible for hosting, catering, housekeeping, and will assist in basic technical matters related to the location. The supervisor is not responsible, or cannot be required to perform any medical action. Capacity limited to 40 guests and 1 treatment room in audiovisual mode. Above that capacity additional assistants are required (provided by TCSE or provided  by your company).

• Medical rooms: provisions can be arranged (needles, syringes, cotton pads, gauze, local anaesthetic etc)

• Brain Food: Our brain food is super healthy: fruit and veggie juice pressed just before delivery, bio bread (gluten and lactose free possible), delicious salads, organic soup, freshly cut fruit, and of course a low sugar but delicious dessert!Please inform us on any allergies, or food preferences. GENERAL Terms & Conditions:
All prices are indicative, and need to be confirmed per quote.
All prices are ex VAT.
We require an advance of 30% upon booking over total estimated amount (incl in case of brain food).
2 week prior to event: confirm reservation by advance 30%, estimated nr of persons, indication of brain food options
2 days prior to event: definite confirmation of: nr of persons, brain food choices, preferred set up conference room

Special requirements: need to be communicated at the latest 2 weeks prior to event. Special needs (at additional cost) can be attended to if possible.
